I drink mine straight up. Its also a good sodium replacement if you have sweated alot hiking around in knee deep snow.First I've heard of carrying bouillon pouches, that's really interesting. You just drink the broth straight up, or do you put food in there?

I do the same as this guy. It’s great.I do the individual bone broth packs from Costco. Beef and chicken. Same idea but a good amount of protein too. Think an individual sodium drink packet you add to water, super light for what it is. If it’s end of the day and I haven’t used it I just add it to my dehydrated dinner for a sodium and protein boost when I add the water.
