Kestrel Knives

I have a couple kestrel knives. Chipped a blade in Colorado this year boning out a Muley. Reached out to Kestrel several times and no response. Anyone have a real contact there or know how to get a response?
I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from them again if this is what it takes to contact a company.

Painfully slow response from them to be honest with single word answers is the norm.

Update: they finally contacted me and replaced the knife. They also put a phone number to contact them easier. I like the knives and it seems a better effort is being made for customer service.
