Kenetrek width question

I have been looking at kenetrek boots. Thinking of ordering a pair. Does anyone know if the width on a narrow would be equivalent to the width of a standard 1/2 size smaller? For instance would a 10 standard be the same width as a 10.5 narrow?

Not sure about the half size smaller but I did call them about there with. The M is same as single E. I have a wide foot and normally wear 11.5 EE but the 11.5 M fits me good I probably couldn't use thick socks because there snug but not too tight.
I dont know if thos helps but it's all I got.
