My daughter diagnosed at 6 nothing stops her. Now 16.
Close friend diagnosed at 34, still runs 1/2 marathons
Dexcom/ Omnipod is a great combination.
We all have an issue or issues of some kind that we have to treat or will have to treat.
Set you goals and live within your capabilities and pay attention to how your body responds to physical exertion. Everybody is different.
You’ll get it figured out but take it in small steps like mentioned.
Like others have said, it can always be worse. Be thankful, count your blessings and make your adjustments.
