DO NOT, under any circumstances, use a company out of Chula Vista, CA called NorthernAxcess Repair Center.
After many months of delay due to “heavy workload”, “sickness in our office”, and “death in the family”, and countless emails/calls, I finally received my phone back this week. It is in exactly the same (non-functioning) condition as when I sent it to them. Only “change” is their charge for “bench testing and diagnostics/repair” and a new battery. Still will not acquire a satellite.
Yes,I’m disputing the charges with my credit card company, we’ll see how that goes. Not a life changer either way, just hoping to save other members from the same frustration.
Will be using my Garmin Inreach+ for emergency coverage moving forward, and saving $’s.
But, if you could use some additional batteries for your old Iridium Extreme 9575, let me know as I’m your guy!
