What kind of remote jobs are out there? Had some life events happen and more money would be amazing!
-I have a passion for health and fitness, so anything would be awesome to hear about in this area.
-I’m decent at sales as well.
-also open to part time, after my normal job.

I keep asking the guy ive been working for if I can start working remotely. But I build custom homes and he says that wouldn't work for him....

In tech, expect remote jobs to pay less and be harder to get. Hard to compete when you're getting applications from all over the country (and N Korea)

I'll add, I've seen remote work offered as a nice perk to people who are really good at their jobs. As in, "please don't leave us, you can work from wherever". Has it's downsides tho for sure

Haha I work for a solar company based in CO/UT but I live in ID. I used to remodel homes though!

Exactly what happened to me. I’ve exceeded their expectations so they let me live and work wherever. I just need more money unfortunately

I would start with contacts you've already made through your current employer. Are there suppliers/customers/subcontractors who know you? That worked well for my dad. When he retired as an estimator one of his company's customers couldn't live without the corrections he would make to their drawings when submitting bids so they hired him on part time making good money remote just to make sure their drawings were squared away.

This is one of those “need” more money situations.. not “want” haha.

I am heavily Christian, so I have faith I will always be taken care of, but I know the internet is powerful too and has some good “hook me up” potential.
