Can three people fit in a Granite Mountain w/ Annex. Will this work with a stove. I am not so worried about gear as another small tarp can always be brought for a gear shed.

I don't have one... But am researching them. From what I understand, it is a 1 person plus gear or 2 person with minimal gear tarp.

From the research I did on the item, I think it is a 2 person maximum. I ordered one the other day, so when I get it in a week or so I can set it up and provide you with more info.

My wife and I fit in mine with a little gear but I wouldn't try to put another person in there unless it was a toddler!

I have the Granite MT without the vestibule, and would not recommend fitting 3. You can fit 2 but in my opinion that would be a stretch. I would be good with my wife that close to me, but not a hunting buddy.

Its PERFECT for 1 with gear.

So what tarp shelters are recommended for 3. I'm not a big teepee fan so are there any other floorless options I should be considering. Right now my shelter of choice is an alps Ares 3 man with another 1 man tent. The totAl what for 3 people is 10 lbs plus.

Seek Outside Cimarron should fit four without the stove in there, might be snug (https://store.seekoutside.com/the-cimarron/) Seek Outside will also be releasing a larger Cimarron-style tent called the Redcliff. Seek Outside can add stove jack to these.
