Anyone used this? The nature of the application process looks like a mess and there is probably no going back which is the reason I'm asking. I have a fairly specific repair where a wrap would definitely help.

I did use it on a flexible pvc pipe that is the uptake for my sprinkler system. It has held for 6 years so far but you are correct that it is a permanent repair. Doesn't look the best but did the job.

Cromoly steel

(is this a trick question from a guy with a handle of Weldor?) :)
No, Just curious. Most of the time it's a copper repair or PVC stuff like that. I would find a weldor (the person) and do a permanent repair.Save a headache down the road. CM is really no mystery to weld Tig it or Mig it with the right filler.

I had great results with their radiator repair kit. I had to apply it prior to a trip because a replacement radiator was three days out and that was not an option. I put 3600 miles on that radiator before I finally pulled it out and put the replacement in. For 20’ish dollars it definitely got two thumbs up from me. I didn’t have access to a tig welder at the time or else I would have just patched it myself and not ordered a new one.
