They are no matter what, stinky as shite! Somehow I always forget just how stinky they are until I get another one and then realize I have to carry that fooker and then everything that touched it stinks to high heaven until you wash it Most I’ve ever made out of them is chorizo. Way back we had someone that would do tamales for us. A friend does pretty good sloppy joes out of it.They get a bad rap for their scent gland

I arrowed one opening day here in AZ. They've been in their usual spots year round.I know this thread is a little stale, but anybody gettin after the stink pigs this year? I’m getting fired up to head out for the first time this year on Friday. And I can now publicly admit how much I love hunting them since they’ve been blessed by B&C.
