I'm always trying to find new ways to use up my burger meat. I found numerous recipes on the internet. I baked mine at 400 for 20 mins and they came out pretty good.
I like to make mine 50/50 ground deer or elk and the other half Italian sausage made from bear. I either pan sear or broil them to get some good color then cover them in sauce and finish at 300.
Those look great. Every couple years I forget what a pain it is and make of 15 or 20 pounds and freeze them. I'm about ready to do it again, especially seeing your pics. Yum!
Those are actually looking so delicious. I tried them with my friends a few months back and now I’m craving for it again after seeing these really mouth-watering pictures.
