ISO Waterfowl Outfitter - Iowa or Missouri

Coworker of mine will be in NW Iowa middle of November. He will drive back to west Tennessee via one of the routes shown in the polygons below. He is looking for an outfitter to duck hunt with a day or two on his drive home, preferably within the polygons below for convenience. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

A little outside of the box but in that part of the country I’d look for a guide that hunted grand pass in Missouri.

I would echo what Ropin4gold said, focus on MO, Grand Pass/Mound City. Iowa doesn’t manage waterfowl hunting as well as Missouri, the vast majority of birds do not stop in Iowa or get pushed out by the incessant pressure on every body of water, you would be gambling on the right weather for an Iowa hunt to be worthwhile IMO
