Rocky Mountain Ranches

I have seen a few posts for the Rocky mountain ranches. I love the idea of having some private land to hunt elk on. My concern would be the continuous use of the land. I'm guessing everyweek there would be a new influx of hunters on the property. Without giving a specific ranches hunted has anyone used this option?
