ISO 30D Ultra-Sil CORDURA waterproof fabric

I'm wanting to make some waterproof (not water repellent) saddle bags and have been looking into lightweight waterproof fabrics and I'm wondering where I can get some Ultra-Sil CORDURA waterproof fabric. Also what thread do you recommend with this? Thanks

I dont know if it is exactly what you want but xpac in lighter grades
Rocky outdoors, ripstopbytheroll and makeyourgear are some possible places to buy material. I have bought from all of them.
