So, just to follow up on this post - I got back both of the tooth aging results on my 2025 Utah bull. The sample I sent directly to Matson’s came back at 7 years old and the one I submitted through Utah’s mandatory program ( which also gets sent to Matson’s) came back at 8 years old. So there is a little discrepancy but I’m sure that is sometimes the case with these types of samples… unless Utah really did fudge the results
