Is SWFA the best bang for the buck

I dont know of any scope high enough reliability for me to consider putting on a rifle that is anywhere in the ballpark price range of the SWFA 6x. I have both a gen 1 and a gen 2 and wish I had bought at least 2 if no 3 more of the gen 2s on the last drop. A buddy of mine recently bought a used Tikka 223 that had one on it and was asking me if it was any good. I immediately offered him $450 for it but he declined, I guess my excitement answered his question....

Also like the 3-9 and if I need a scope and the 6 isnt available I will order one. It will generally live around 6x anyway.

OP if you want a deal on a Ziess conquest 3-9 I just pulled one off my 270 on Sunday and hadnt bothered listing it yet.

Long time lurker, first time poster. Thanks for all of the info -- on this and other threads. I'm currently eyeing up a 3-9 for a potential elk hunt next year. I know that the 6x's are well loved, though. Maybe I'll consider that one, too, based on the Black Friday deals (if they come back in stock). I was really hoping that the 3-9's would be included, but it looks like they've been left out.
