-I’m shooting at 253 ft./sec. (chrono’d about 10-15 feet in front on me).
-503 gr. arrow with a fairly front biased FOC due to weighted insert
-Mathews Solo Cam at 60 lbs.
I’m tempted to go to 70 lb. limbs but it’s shooting so well I dont think I should mess with anything. Is my speed adequate for this arrow?

Nothing wrong with your setup at all. You have plenty of KE/momentum. You will need to do a good job of range estimation as distance increases because it won't fly very flat.

I have arrowed over 35 elk with various combos that had less velocity and around the same arrow mass as your set-up. Many were in the PRE-rangefinder days too. With a decent sharp broadhead that is mounted straight, good arrow flight and good shot selection, your bow and arrows will be good for any animal in North America, not just elk. Good luck!

I would also say yes depending on what head your using. I'd probably recommend a good COC head.

Those can be a little weak in the front due to the longer blade. I'd probably go with the Black Hornet unless you already have a bunch laying around.
