is GMU 51 any count?

Hey to All! I was wondering if GMU 51 is any count? My family and I just moved to Colorado Spings a few months ago. I have never been Hunting for mule deer and right now I am just trying to get some guidance so that when next year roles around I should be ready to get my first Mule Deer. I have not scouted 51 yet but have looked at it on Google Earth. To me it looks good but not sure. I am used to hunting in Kentucky so I know here is alot different. Please help! Thanks

Well not sure. I have never hunted here. I dont know when the best time is so I am trying to get some general infromation so I can have a successful hunt. From reading on the DOW it doesnt look like it requires any Prev. Points.
