To add to the above, set up accounts at midway and other suppliers and set alerts for when components you need are in stock.

I spent about $500 or so on my initial set up. Basically an rcbs rockchucker kit. Haven’t spent much more after that. Of course that doesn’t include components (primer brass powder bullet).
Yeah I have that for ammo with midway. I can backorder the equipment which I may do. I can currently get birthday discount with midway

Yes you can, but it seems like right now is one of the worst times to start. Dies are hard to come by. Then when you get to the components it get even worse. But you can always start getting the press and scales and when stuff becomes more available you will be ready to go.

A few inexpensive items that I like:
Lee Universal decapping die
RCBS bullet puller die (much better than hammer style dynamic bullet puller)
Expander mandrels
