Iphone IOS not logging into Rokslide

Have not had that issue here, but just spent 3 weeks in India and while I could access from there on cell connection I could not access from any wifi that I tried. Kind of sucks because I have to go there 4ish times a year and have lots of boring evenings chilling in the hotel.

I just called spectrum, they had to remove rokslide from the “unknown and malicious website” , now it works, but it sounds like every user might have to call

Mine is having issues as well but only when using wifi.

Same. Cut off internet and it’s fine

It’s related to a security suite update. If you have the Spectrum app, go to:

“Security Shield” and toggle it off and then back on and should fix the issue.

Anyone else who had issues with Comcast/xfinity just open their app, advanced security and turn it off

Mine worked this morning without doing anything different so was wondering if we are off Spectrums naughty list…

Just checked my computer (Mac & Safari) good to go on it again (as well as my phone)

Funny that's it's beyond Spectrum, couple of other providers as well—something they didn't like about the slide????

I couldn't get on Rokslide all weekend, since Friday, but just this morning it started working again. I have Comcast.

I have xfinity and straight talk I was not allowed on for some time there but I’m back. Not sure what happened because it was only my iPhone that would not let me on. My windows lap top let me on

I had to do this again last night about 9:00PM MST, wouldn't connect. Hopefully won't have to do it too often

at least rokslide loads while i'm at work!

It’s been happening to me for a little bit now. Not a fix but a work around.
When the forum won’t open I go to the Rokslide home page and click on the forum link in the drop down tab and it works every time. Once in I can navigate the forum.
