Is the cva paramount pro or Colorado legal to use for Iowa muzzleloader season ? Questioning the open percussion in rules.

Yep.

Iowa states "Muzzleloading rifles are defined as flintlock or percussion cap lock muzzleloaded rifles and
muskets of not less than .44 and not larger than .775 caliber, shooting single projectiles only."

I'm not sure how you think the CVAs mentioned would be legal - am I missing something?
