Is the cva paramount pro or Colorado legal to use for Iowa muzzleloader season ? Questioning the open percussion in rules.

Iowa states "Muzzleloading rifles are defined as flintlock or percussion cap lock muzzleloaded rifles and
muskets of not less than .44 and not larger than .775 caliber, shooting single projectiles only."

I'm not sure how you think the CVAs mentioned would be legal - am I missing something?

MUZZLELOADERS: Only muzzleloading
rifles, muzzleloading muskets, muzzleloading
pistols, and muzzleloading revolvers between .44
and .775 of an inch shooting a single projectile.
Muzzleloaders equipped with electronic ignition are
not allowed. In-line and disk-type muzzleloaders
are allowed. Riflescopes may also be used
