Just wanted to take a minute to introduce myself on this subforum given my background. I'm new to Rokslide as a whole, and have been learning a ton about Western style hunting since moving to WA from Wisconsin last summer.
Anyway, I'm an ACSM certified personal trainer with a B.S. in Exercise Science from the University of Wisconsin. Exercise is literally my life. So this subforum obviously caught my eye. I have read through a few of the threads on this board and come across some pretty ridiculous recommendations/advice in terms of training/nutrition.
I just wanted to reach out and let you guys know you can feel free to contact me with any questions regarding getting/staying in shape the right way. Additionally, if you can think of any topics or subjects you think everyone would benefit from learning about, I'd be more than happy to put together a few posts answering your most common questions. I write for a couple fitness blogs in addition to running my personal training business, and would love to help you all out.
