Can anyone recommend an insulated pant that would have tall sized inseams (34-35") and include full length leg zips? I would prefer down, but I'll take synthetic, because I believe my options are limited. No need for waterproof either. The purpose is for extended glassing sessions in below freezing temps and I want to leave my boots & gaiters on.

Montbell's UL tec down pants are side zip. Size Xl has 34" inseams. I have no experience with these pants specifically but am generally a big fan of Montbell's quality and value. These have a reinforced seat too, perfect for sitting and glassing.

Looks like I left out my 33" waist, generally I am a medium, maybe large. That's why it has to be a TALL size. I am in the very small percentage whose waist size is smaller than my inseam. Clothing manufacturer's rarely make my size, especially when it comes to specialized items such as this :(

Yeah sorry about that, you'd be swimming in an XL pair of pants. Borah gear does custom sized down pants, 7" ankle zips is a standard option but most of those companies will accommodate a special request and I'll bet they can do full zips. Seems like they think an ankle zip is sufficient to get your boots through the pant. 3 week lead time though.

Borah Gear looks like an option. I then also found GooseFeet Gear as another option. Thanks!

Would check out graywolfwoolens they can do just about anything with wool fleese and their wolf skin. Under new ownership but sold to couple who have worked there for past decade.

Did you look at Cabalas? They are usually pretty good about carrying longs/talls. Maybe they have something in there new backcountry line.
