Insulated boots

Need some help finding some good boots for my 17 YO brother in law that will be going on his first elk hunt this fall. I have Crispi’s and love them but trying to find a budget pair of boots. Does Merrell or Solomon have insulated boots that anyone would recommend? Any advice will be appreciated. Looking to stay under $275 and must be insulated.
