Brakes are no fun to shoot. Prior to going suppressed I had 3 rifles that I screwed up good loads on with brakes. Now I just do load development with the suppressor and forget going naked or with a brake.

Threading shouldn't effect the load. The extra weight on the end of the BBL may.

I was able to shoot this morning with my new installed break on my 260 rem. The the barrel on this rifle .700 at 26" so what I would consider a slightly heavy sporter. I also put a new scope on so I can't say how point of impact was affected but accuracy did not change with my handloads. The rifle was still .5 moa out to 600.

If it’s done properly as others have said here too, it won’t affect your accuracy. You’ll also want them to recut your crown after threading the barrel. Good luck!
