I'm currently living in southeast Tennessee, just outside the Cherokee National Forest. I've had the opportunity to work on different ranches out west, specifically in Montana, Colorado, and a boarding school in Texas. While immersed in the grandeur of everything west the Mississippi, I never got to do any big game hunting. That will soon be rectified. In the meantime I'll continue to hunt here in the east and keep planning for my westerly excursions.
Planning for my trips back west is how I found RS. Even though I live in the east, I don't hunt from the tree unless I'm under it. I enjoy getting back farther than most are willing to go and I've been searching more and more lately for the gear that will help me do so. The reviews and insight here are very helpful and I hope to contribute my fair share.
Again, I was really impressed with what you guys are doing here and I wanted to join in instead of just observing.
