Depends on how big they are. Buddy killed a 350ish bull last year and they wouldn't put them on the plane unless he split the skull plate. I had to split the skull plate on a caribou to get it back from Alaska. If you don't mind splitting them then yes, flying them is the best way. Freight is expensive.
I've only flown with raghorns, 260 score and below antlers, I slide a 5 inch section of garden hose over each point, duct tape it in place and then duct tape a plastic grocery bag over the skull plate. Before leaving each year I check the airline regs for bringing antlers, make sure nothing has changed.
