Remote office spaces
Well, I am aware but people and companies are looking for a more hybrid solution. Not everyone likes to just stay in the basement….^^^ In case you havent heard... people do that from home now![]()
I work for a contractor to the Department of Energy and have been working from home since March, 2020. I haven't been physically at my desk 50 times since then, kind of crazy, but I'll take it!^^^ In case you havent heard... people do that from home now![]()

I like this alot. Do the coffee shop and have a few small offices and make the conference room big enough and elegant enough to rent it as Event space. Birthdays, baptisms, Bozeman Hipster BHA meetings (joking) ect. ect. ect.If you are from the place your name implies, then a coworking space isnt a bad idea. Think coffee shop but with small private office spaces to rent, small kitchen, social work space, and a conference room.
My friend runs one here in Sacramento called Outlet Coworking. The younger generation, bozeman type millennials, love this kind of stuff. His is set up in a warehouse type setting, has the industrial/modern look. Gives them a place to work/socialize, and the social media generation needs that aspect to be successful.
Id put money on something like this in a college town.
Same here...started working from home in 2015, couldn't stand it at first. Caused me to move out of the city and buy some acreage to start a small farm just so I could have some chores to do outside on a daily basis.ilve been working from home since well before the covid crap, starting in 2017. Frankly, I’m sick of my house. When I go outside it’s a like a spring bear coming out of hibernation - eyes blinking at the sun and whatnot.
I have thought of doing what the OP is doing, but build myself a small office so I can leave it all behind at 3:30 when my day ends. And I hate the fact I’ve given up half my small library for work.
could be worse, but home-fatigue is a real thing and I feel it all the time.

The feeling of being cooped up in a neighborhood with houses built on top of one another drove me nuts.
The problem with this is it takes quite a few good, loyal employees to run day in and day out.To answer the OPs question. Coffee shop. Coffee is cheap. Everyone is addicted to ot and it's $2.50 for a large cup of mostly water.
All major food suppliers have great lines of baked goods that come on frozen available. You wouldn't have to re zone as a restaurant as long as you don't have a griddle, fryer or gas oven.
A glorified electric commercial toaster oven and coffee makers and a commercial refrigerator and freezer and you could have a great business.
If that interests you send me a PM I've done alot of the research for thos type of thing already and can save you time.

Haha...
I hope you aren't seriously asking a bunch of people that don't know anything about you, your property, the town you're in (or even the state despite it clearly stating Alabama), resources available, etc...
