Curious what people like and use for a scope to use for dual purpose on their rimfires? Recently picked up a zeiss lrp s3 6-36 that seems to work well as a crossover. Key features are a usable reticle at low and high power, parallax down to 10 yards preferably, good glass and ffp. We both found the LRP good at both applications, however 6x was a touch higher than ideal on the low end.
I will be picking up another rimfire, either 22 or 17 and will need to scope it as well. Considering another Zeiss, but want to know what others like and use. I always fancied getting a Leica PRS, but don't know what the reticles look like at low power. Also briefly considered a March. Any others to add to the list?
