Idaho Tag Worth It?

I was able to get a Zone 41 OTC. Had a different tag in my checkout but got bought before I could complete the transaction. I didn’t know zine 41 was a two pointer only. Anyone hunt the zone? Is it worth traveling out of state for a two point tag? I was thinking of returning the tag and gambling for a controlled hunt.

Exactly what I was thinking. I was trying to get zone info while I was on the clock but the Idaho website was down for the draw so I had zero info on zone info.

In general, Idaho isn't worth getting a tag for. I'd look at WY or CO.

I’m in California. I’m not really willing to drive that far out. Idaho has good deer. Just have to be lucky enough to get a decent OTC. I focus on CA, AZ , ID, NV, UT, and OR.
