I've always just calculated my draw odds in Idaho by looking at how many total nonresident tags have been drawn in the unit I'm applying for over the last 15 years and divide by total number of nonresident applicants over that time period. It's not perfect and is just an estimate but it seems to be the best way to get an idea of how low the odds really are.

I did it this year, saw my odds and still donated my $284 so I'm obviously not very smart though.

Nothing on my end, they say sometime before July 1st... they didn't specify on the year tho

Can they just keep it and roll it in to next year so they don’t have to charge me the $85 processing fee?
