I live in an area full of small towns, they aren't moving here. Too far from Walmart and Costco, too cold in the winter. It keeps the riff raff out lol.

My town is just big enough to have the Wal Mart/Costco combo. In the last 2 years I've had dozens of California plates roll into the driveway and ask to buy land. Barely even introduce themselves before it's "how could I buy some of your land to build a house on?" I tell em that it's 1 million an acre for residential development, then they leave pissed.

I would have said a billion lol. Yeah, I knew once that new Costco went in you guys were done. Wait til Google does their thing in Pokey and see what happens.
