Idaho OTC NonRes Tag Sale

I lucked out and was 488. The system crapped out and wouldn't allow me to put a tag in my cart. Second year in a row that I won't be hunting elk in Idaho.

My daughter will be old enough to hunt in 2023 and I don't know how I'm going to buy her and me a tag for the same unit.

I hope that Idaho goes to a draw and let's me put in a group application with my girl.

Log in under both your accounts on 2 devices and the first one to get in just keep adding the tag to your cart then deleting it which restarts the timer so you can sit there indefinitely till the other is in to see what tags are available. Not sure if it will work next year but would have this year.

Has the hunting appeared be any less crowded with the new tag system?

In the area I hunt it seemed to have less NR hunters but more resident hunters last year.

Agreed. I had talked to some other nonres guys in September and they felt that the quality of the hunt was way better too.
