It was a fun hunt. Very unique compared to deer and elk!

How much did the mount cost?

Mount cost was 3k.

He aged at 6.5 years although the guy didn’t seem to sure of himself. Horns were 8 inches long.

I didn’t get much for photos of this guy. It was a solo hunt so I had my hands full.

I think the hardest part of this hunt is field judging, being sure not to shoot a nanny on accident, and shooting the animal in a safe zone (away from giant cliffs). I suppose judging for trophy quality but I wasn’t necessarily after a score, just wanted a mature billy

Yes it was, I was impressed. Shot it in September, Mount done in April
