These guys passed rules last fall to allow the wholesale slaughter of thousands of elk in the Upper Snake Region, and then killed 42 mule deer which entered into a private elk ranch near where this low life poached the elk in this article

I'm not from Idaho but regardless, this schmuck should be tarred and feathered in chicken fat and put out for the wolves or yotes.
