My wife, my son and a good friend drew elk tags in a unit that I've hunted quite a bit. Looks like I'll be glassing, talking sh!t and packing meat this fall.

Drew a rifle elk tag for this Fall. I've harvested elk with my bow but never with a rifle. Looking forward to a different challenge.

I got my OTC deer tag and drew a cow elk in December in Idaho!
Had no idea what I did but a friend helped me out and la-la, might fill the freezer.

The controlled hunt deadline was yesterday, Super Hunt was the 10th, wouldn't be surprised if they released all results by the 25th.

2nd drawing super hunts should be selected by now I would think. They'll post a notification on their web page when ALL winners have been contacted. It's likely that if you haven't been contacted yet, you didn't draw.

For 2nd drawing controlled hunts, I would think results get posted today. The draw isn't as complicated as the first.
