LOl just over 17k have applied as of 0800 for the 2000 ish tags in the second draw.

Matters not, look back and you will see the info I posted about the initial draw of 59K ppl was spot on.

Probably similar timeframe to first draw as they have to do entire process over again

I think it was about 3 weeks after, but we had Christmas and New Years in there to slow things down....

First draw results were posted Jan 6.

March 6 is a Friday. I would bet that the results will not be posted any later than that.
