ID Leftover/returned Tags

I have on my calendar from last year, ID had 4 returned/leftover tag sales/exchange opportunities; 4/20, 6/22, 7/20 and 8/3/23 before the September elk season. This year I only see 3 opportunities before archery season; 3/21, 6/27 and 8/8/24. https://idfg.idaho.gov/d7/tag/returns Anyone know why they changed it, moved the early date up a month and removed July?

The dates change every year. Depends on when/if tags are returned. Should also be available after draw results are posted in June/July
