I need someone with 3-D printer and skills...

My daughter has one. She can almost make a round ball on the 3rd attempt …

If the other feller doesn't work out for you, I also have a 3d printer and a lot of experience with CAD/CAM. I can also run some decent engineering grade material (PA6CF)

I'm intrigued by the secrecy.

I imagine it's a dildo chair like George Clooney's character made in "Burn after reading"
LOL...that was funny!
No phallic print plans though.
The only reason for the secrecy is that I think whatever I have printed can make money down the line for the printer...and help my needs.

You may want to consider recategorizing this thread and put it in the DIY Gear Modifications section as it may be seen by more people with that skill set.

Thanks for that. I think Pods has me covered here, but I'll keep that in mind, great advice.

I have a 3D printer and finally upgraded to a decent one. Happy to help. I don’t get on here much anymore.

Made this spotting scope adapter just now.

I do have a roll of ABS if you need something strong.

Unclear why you wouldn't just spill the beans straight away. If it's money-changing-hands contract situation, that wasn't made very clear. If it's not, you should be casting the widest net possible.

So, an update:
I had Pods8 print my needs and he did a stellar and reasonable job. The pieces popped right into their application. I do think that there is a market for the product, hence the cryptic nature of the thread.
But it's just a part that is somewhat obsolete and shouldn't be, it's still relatively recent and popular to be unavailable.

Want to thank all of you guys for the insight and discourse here, this 3D print stuff is really fascinating and resourceful!
