I lost my brother to suicide this week.

I am not writing this to ask anyone for anything. I hope it helps someone decide to get help. My pain is something I am having trouble describing.

We are finishing “year two” of our loss of my Brother In-Iaw.
He was a close friend and was a mentor to me in the hunting world.
We know exactly what you, and your family are going through.
The year of firsts is the worst, and it doesn’t get better, just easier, if you can call it that.

You sound strong, but we all put up fronts and sometimes refuse to to ask for help.
Sometimes you say to yourself “I’m fine”, but “be strong” and seek someone at least to talk with. It doesn’t ever necessarily have to be a professional, just someone that you can release the love, hurt, pain, anger, frustration, loss, etc….
