Holly crap how do you have time to workout like that. I try my best to keep a work out schedual but being a father husband employee ect all get in the
way sometimes. I did p90x for awhile but the hour plus was too much.

I wish I had the dedication you do. Good job

Man that's a lot of working out. You must have started in pretty good shape. Double sessions would kill a lesser man!

I started in Afghanistan while deployed in early 2012--I was in places with no gyms so I needed something I could do in my lil space in my tent. It worked.

I was in relatively good shape when I started but I was in the rut a lot of folks get into...same old gym routines and not much growth/improvement b/c of that.

When I first started the routines--I could rarely finish one. Now I pound through them.

It takes dedication...when I started it was easy b/c I was deployed and had no distractions other than work, eat, sleep, workout.

Since returning homestation and being an active duty squadron commander/Lt Col--my work schedule is nuts. I rarely have time to work out during the duty day.

So I get my arse up almost every day at 0430 and do a 30-50 min cardio session--no impact to my family or work.

I do the second session (usually strength trng) in the evening after kids go to bed for an hr.

We also have 3 young kids but my workouts impact no one but my sleep time so it works.

NOTE - I usually only do one 90 day cycle of doubles each year b/c it about kills me!

Then I go back to just the regular schedule and its great after doubles!
