Unless there are gaiters that aren’t noisy, I need another way to keep water/moisture from seeping up from my boot into my socks and pants legs.

I want to get away from rubber boots because I walk a long ways for my hunting areas.

Kuiu makes the best gaiter on the market, IMO.

The fit is very slim, which helps keep them silent.

But what do they sound like when a stick scrapes across them? That’s the issue.

I just run kenetrek gaitors. They as quiet as I've found and do a good job. Will last several seasons if you not wearing them months on end.
I have not really looked very hard either these have always worked for me
