Full Zip Silent Rain Pant Recommendations

Hey there,
I've been using a pair of sitka fuzzy gore tex pants with 3/4 length zippers for hunting late season Colorado the last few years. I wear full zip puffy pants underneath them.

I liked that these pants because:

1. Gore tex performance as an outer shell
   1. Keep me dry when it is raining/melting,
   2. Protected from wind, and snow when it is blizzarding.
2. Quiet while stalking
3. Long zippers down the side that would allow me to vent while its hot.

I disliked them because

1. The only pocket was tiny
2. The zippers were kinda light and finnicky
3. They were short for my 35" inseam and required that I wear gaiters

Sadly, the zippers have blown out, and replacing them is prohibitively expensive. So I need a new pair.

I want another pair of pants that do all the things i liked. If there were better pockets I would be excited about it. If they were longer I would be ecstatic. I don't care about brand. I'm not married to gore tex either, but require that they perform as a waterproof, windproof, breathable layer that has no insulation.

So I ask the hive mind, what exists that I can buy before 2nd season rifle.
Do you have a pair of pants you would like to sell me? 34" waist.

Pnuma 3l Fit this bill. Very quiet for a rain shell and I used them in wet snowy condition last year in the mountains. Size Medium fits my 33x32 a little long. So should be good a hair short for you.
