Hunting Vehicle Category

With all the discussions I see popping up about hunting vehicles thought this was fitting =)

I don’t think so. I don’t see it come up enough on here to justify its own forum. Sure at the moment there’s a couple of threads going but a lot of times there’s nothing. Not only that, a lot of people wouldn’t check it more than likely so anyone who has questions would see much less response.

Tend to agree there’s not a need. Forums getting so many categories tends to reduce traffic. People complain the general discussion is nothing but politics, they have a space for everything else though.

I think the general area works ok. Maybe drown out the political threads.

This truck is getting an Eaton Trutrac for the front differential soon.

I asked the same question about six months ago, and the answer seemed clear that people were fine with seeing all the truck, tire, chain, camper, sxs, boat, dirtbike and plane topics in General.

As of right now this is the only vehicle related thread on the first page. Like I said before, I feel like a lot of discussion will be missed if it’s put into its own forum because not a lot of people will be going over there regularly like they come here. The enthusiasts among us would probably check there, but that’s missing a lot of opinions when it comes to “what truck/tires/ATV should I buy”.

I know this may be foil hat comment but...

i said no because i think it could turn into a trolling expedition by marketers to try to sell us stuff. that would just increase the crap that moderators try to get rid of. a rig is simply a tool that we all use to get to the woods.

I rarely even look at what category the threads are in. I either have an interest in the thread or I don't........regardless what category it falls under.

Yeah the other day when I started this there where 3 to 4 on the front page. That is what prompted this. I figured why not take a poll.
