Looking to get a lighter pull. Thinking about Jard triggers. I know everyone has there preference on pull weight and manufacturer. I'm thinking 1.5-2lbs would be better suited. What are y'all suggestions? I have about 2.5 and seems personally I could do a little lighter.

What action is it going on?

The trigger weight is situation dependent, but I run it around 2 pounds, plus or minus.

2-3 for me. Depends on how you hunt and if you shoot with gloves or cold ass fingers.

My last Timney is set at 2.5. My next will be 2lb.

Probably not a decent example, but I did a sear job on my JM Marlin 45-70 guide gun to bring it down from its ridiculous OEM weight, and called it good at 4 lbs. I'm used to it and to be honest, I wouldn't want it any lighter now, for a hunting rifle.

I like about 2.5 lbs. I've had match rifles with much lower pull weight but wouldn't prefer it for hunting.

I’ve been using 2# for a while. Gonna run lighter on my next trigger. 16-24 oz.

I have shot f class for many years so very light triggers are normal to me but when you get used to trigger weights in the 1OZ to 4OZ range then traditional buying weights seem heavy. For safety my hunting rifles are between 1-1.5lbs.
