Hunting rifle

I’m thinking of purchasing my first hunting rifle and I have a budget of $1300. Any recommendations for a 6.5 PRC. The $1300 won’t include a scope.

I was looking at a
Bergara B14 CARBON wilderness with a 20 inch barrel.
Tikka roughtech
Browning x-bolt
Weatherby Talon

Europtic had Tikka t3x stainless in 6.5 PRC for blowout prices around $700. Get one plus a Tikka 223 to train with, scope to your preference, and you have everything you need.

The Tikka 6.5 PRC at EuroOptic is a great deal, imo.

The other excellent option is the Sauer 100.
