This reminds me of "surveys" from HS and college students that hop on a forum, as their questions, and then disappear. You never really know if they are legit, how they're going to use or represent the data etc.

Asking for "all time best cartridge" is such an opinionated and broad question. Best at what? And who really cares what others think is "best"?? Definitely a horse beaten to death.

I placed him! This guy was on another forum. Asks a question usually and then was arguing using ai/robot-like style.
