Yes. Everything is going up and fixing on getting higher. Store shelves are half empty to empty. Fuel and gas prices are on a trampoline. Just keep bouncing higher. And, it is all a direct reflection of political policy. Anyone who fails to connect the two are either ignorant or flat out such a hack they don’t belong even talking about it.

Just filled at a “cheap” $4.89 a gallon in Northern California. $5.09 is typical at every gas station right now.

Still using the cheapest I can find, 4.49, up .10 from last week. Between fuel and groceries, the bank acct is feeling it.

Now Biden is threatening to shut down a pipeline in Michigan just in time for winter……can’t make this stuff up. Talk about being disconnected with reality.

Seems like a solid choice. But remember biden has no control over oil and gas prices. 🙄

I'm expecting to see the govt introduce skimflation at the fuel pump.
$1.00 per quart would look better on the sign than $4.00 per gallon.

The ice cream and coffee companies have done it.
No more half gallons of ice cream (except Blue Bell)
12oz packages of coffee.

The

Yeah no kidding…..and whats sad is a little over 1/2 of the US voters had no clue this was coming.….it was too predictable.

Price of fuel isnt high enough for Biden, guaranteed it goes higher……Im betting on it.

My guess is he wants it at around $10 to get people to consider his electric vehicle ideas.

Thats actually makes a lot of sense.

Coal, gas, diesel, and propane powered “electric” vehicles…. Never mind where the electricity actually comes from. Its “green” if it feels good (to sheeple). Follow the money - its shifts the income towards newer companies democrats have their hands in. Oil money tends to come from the other aisle.

CA, being the leader of this idiocracy, cant manage to produce even 1/3 of their energy by “green” methods, yet will ban virtually all gas/diesel motors in just over a decade. Dont forget our rolling blackouts due to fire danger because of wind, which renders a “green” source of energy, windmills, mute. But also that we get rolling blackouts just from high air conditioning demand, without the additional 20 million electric vehicles. Our water driven energy sources are already stressed and at the brink of failure during any given drought year, which happens often, coupled with mismanagement.

Fuel is currently at $4.85 for diesel, even higher for gas. A year ago it was almost $2.00 A GALLON CHEAPER. Lets go brandon, and all his supporters.

Dont even get me started on inflation, cost of living, taxes, careless government spending, and corrupt politicians…. *checks ammo prices/availability* 🤬

To add to that^...I'm in Ca and a funny side note to the electric car thing;

First, look up comments from the Southern Cal energy commissioner as he has stated that they are already purchasing power at highly inflated prices...and if we had another 100,000 electric cars he stated he isn't sure whether the existing grid can handle it. Its much more precarious than the Politicians make it out to be. PS- you won't find those comments on CNN or the liberal news networks....they don't want their liberal progressive viewers heads to explode.

Second, We recently went to southern Ca town and met our friends that have a Tesla. They had to charge on the way down and lucky for them its the superchargers that only take 20 min. EXCEPT, it takes everyone that long....so they ended up having to wait 15 min for a charger.....added another 35 min to the trip. Add that some of these folks walk away from their car blocking it making wait times even longer.

Then, so that our friends could make it all the way back, they charged in the small town but our friend told them they need to get there early on Sunday AM so they won't get stuck waiting behind a bunch of other folks. So they got up at 6 am Sunday- so they could charge their car. Nice eh?

The Biden admin is oblivious to the unintended consequences of these E cars here. Yes of course they are building more charging stations, but its not like a 5 min fill up at a gas station....its 15-20 min minimum...and it can be as much as 12 hours if its not a super charger. So what happens when you get 20 cars pulling off at a charging station at peak times?

Something to look forward to....

^^ To add to that lol, being in CA as well, the charging problem gets way way worse during the busy times of year, like the holidays. Last year, during the xmas travel days, there were 4+ HOUR waits just to charge a car for a trip from norcal to socal going down the 5 freeway. That would turn an 8 hour one day trip into a 12+ hour trip, possibly over 2 days. Thats with the current electric cars on the road. Add millions, and the math is so astronomically off its beyond comprehension. Unless the democrats are about to introduce a revolutionary energy source unknown to the public, there is a 0% chance any of their plans will actually work.

It astounds me that not only do these people speak without thinking, but they govern that way as well. Dont even mention that bullet train to nowhere lmao.

I bought a brand new Hyundai Sonata in 2017. In 5 years, I have never, ever broken the $50 mark on a fill up. It’s a 14 gallon tank.

That changed on Saturday with just under 1/4 tank, pump stopped shy of $51!

Used to fill my truck 2 years ago for $65. Today it was $128. I blame OPEC because lets go Brandon's energy sec says they're to blame. Talk about a clown world we live in now.

PG&E has rolling blackouts, emails telling you to not run large appliances before 1900, grid issues all over their coverage areas, etc; yet they'll be able to handle 500000+ vehicles being plugged in every night and day. Yeah....

Elon Musk has already stated that the current grid system cannot handle switching from gas/diesel to electric.

The solution is so simple but of course its political now as the Dems are trying to wear this on their chest like the Superman symbol, WE SAVED THE WORLD FROM CLIMATE CHANGE” yeah right.

Transition to the clustered small nuclear plants and some renewables in a spyderweb grid system that can handle and redirect energy where we need it.

Then the folks that can use electric cars will buy them without having to pay them a government incentive. For folks like myself that need trucks for businesses will still have gasoline and diesel albeit at at a lower rate since it’s in less demand.

Problem solved…. but it’s an evolution that needs a longer timeline to be effective. It’s unreasonable to think that a political party can push a complete changeover through by 2030. Common sense tells us everyone owning an electric car before there is the infrastructure to support it is ridiculous.

There is a clear message in all of the Democratic initiatives;
Its all designed for them to stay in power by creating more Dem voters and making their existing base beholden to them. Once we understand that, everything is clear.
We need to push the current Democratic politicians and all politicians - to do the right things for the people not for themselves.
