Howa Mini Rifles, Builds, and Upgrades

The mini I have in this picture is chambered in 6mm ARC;
Barrel: Preffered Barrel Blank #3 contour, fluted, 16.5" 1:7 Twist
Stock: Stock Stock CF carbon and I've added about 5 ounces of lead in the rear stock and it's been skim bedded
Bottom metal: Jeffersons Hinge Floor Plate
Rail: Outter Impact
Rings: Ruffs Precision with their bubble level
Scope: Leupold Mark 4hd 2.5-10 SFP with TMR reticle
Trigger: Stock Hact Trigger
Suppressor: RS special. lol UM OGL

Overall I like it. It's average about .7-.8" MOA with factory ammo. Assuming I do my part and don't let the barrel heat up. It will fall apart after about 5 rounds or so. Factory 108s are around 2530 fps and I'm sure if I reload, I can get them in the 2600 fps range. 500 yard deer rifle all day. I absolutely love this rifle.

Really thinking about this short barrel setup myself!

If anyone is rebarreling 223 or 6ARC minis, and want a couple dollars for your factory barrel, shoot me a message. Preferably the sporter contour

Just picked up a Stocky’s CF stock when they were on sale.
Question
Has anyone had any luck not having to either partially or full bed these stocks?
I know some will say shoot it first, but let’s be real, why bother if it’s needed on these stocks.
So far this rifle is shooting 1.5” at best with the stock lug and tang bedded. Hoping to bring it a little better that 1.5

I always bed my rifles then freefloat it up to the barrel shank. Another thing I do is run JB bore paste/kroil oil. Even if I have a lapped barrel. Seems to work well. I dont even aware ammo anymore until I bed my stocks.
