Shoots well. I have been loading midsouth 75 gr and sierra 77 gr over CFE 223 with good results.

I have the same rifle and it shoots the 77tmk like a dream. Just bought the same stock for my 6 ARC and it is money. Great package for someone who wants a lightweight heavy barreled 223.

It shoots well! Ten shot groups are about 1. -1.2" Of course with 3 shot groups it is in the 0.5" range. That was with LVR and CFE 223. I tried some faster powders like Accurate 2230 and Benchmark which gave better velocity but were not as accurate.

What’s the max COAL the mag will hold?

You can load out to 2.32 with these mags. My current loads have been 2.28" COAL with the tipped bullets and that has been working great.

I have the pencil barrel version of this, and 24.0gr of TAC under any 77gr bullet (smk, tmk, nosler cc) will shoot 1/2-3/4”. Incredibly accurate rifles, and Tac makes loading for it very reliably easy.

I have the Weatherby 24" 1-8". That rifle with thin threaded barrel weighs 7.5 lbs. This heavy barrel is lighter. Like the others have said you can't build them this cheap.
